Markup Valley LLC ("Markup Valley", "we", "us") provides US business formation, tax, and compliance services to founders around the world. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to markupvalley.com and to the services we deliver to our clients.

We serve clients worldwide. Your information is processed and stored in the United States. By using our services, you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the US under this policy.
All data sent between your browser and our website is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS). Access to client information is limited to team members who need it for their role, protected by individual accounts and multi-factor authentication on critical systems. Our practices are set out in our internal Information Security Policy, which we review at least annually.
We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires. Tax and financial records are kept for seven (7) years to meet US requirements, then securely deleted. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 9); we honor verified requests within 30 days unless a legal retention rule applies.
Our website uses cookies and analytics tools (including Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work without them.
